I made this model for glue/sew on paper to make a card.I suggest you first draw the text( see examplo foto). Then cut it and glue it onto the 3d print.

Size: 104x123x1.74 mm (4.08x4.84x0.0685 inch)

I printed this model with PLA(gray color) and PETG(black color).I don't think that resin printers won't work that well.

Also, if you make the flat side wet and stick it to a flat surface, it could stick to it. (see foto bunny on door)At least two out of three of mine did.However, the 3d pint should not be glued to a card to make this work.
