When I have seen people using these types of sheets on YouTube channels they often try cutting them into thin strips, this design will also have thin strips included to help with this. Also, two sheets stuck together will make the thickness approximately the same as one brick length.\n\ndesigned at OO gauge, 1/76.2 scale but can easily be scaled for other gauges.\nfor HO gauge print at 87%, 1/87 Scale,\nfor TT gauge print at 63.5% 1/120 Scale,\nfor O gauge UK at 175%, 1/43.5 Scale,\nfor O gauge International print at 158%, 1/48 Scale,\nfor N gauge print at 51.49%, 1/148 Scale, (Caution: I have not printed this model in N gauge so I can’t guarantee its printability)\n\nThe example in the pictures was printed on a Bambu Labs A1 FDM Printer.\nAs normal with my designs, there is a balance between accuracy and printability, hopefully not affecting the look of the model too much.\n\nFor FDM printing, I used a 0.2mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.20mm using PLA+ filament. I recommend painting with a sponge to get a better texture for the bricks that is more realistic.\nI also hope to do sheets for other types of brick formations and other building materials. I have tried printing on an FDM printer, but I get stringing between the knobles. When someone approached me to look at doing these they complained that the cost of these sheets was getting more and more expensive, so I thought it was time to add them to my collection.\n\nI had thought about doing them in the past with my resin printer but are probably better suited to FDM printing, This design is based on a paving slab that is 400mm x 400mm in real life. ** I have also found if you print this design inverted you can get a nice pattern on the slabs from your print bed if you have something like a textured PEI sheet**.\nOther options will be added as and when I get to them, so if not available please wait or feel free to contact me.\n\nI have included the following sheet sizes (sheet sizes are based on brick size in the OO scale).\n22mm x 99mm, 44mm x 99mm, 66mm x 99mm, 88mm x 99mm, 110mm x 99mm.\n22mm x 198mm, 44mm x 198mm, 66mm x 198mm, 88mm x 198mm, 110mm x 198mm.\n\nThe sheets are 1.56mm thick which is based on the layer height being 0.12mm. \n\ndesigned at OO gauge, 1/76.2 scale but can easily be scaled for other gauges.\nfor HO gauge print at 87%, 1/87 Scale,\nfor TT gauge print at 63.5% 1/120 Scale,\nfor O gauge UK at 175%, 1/43.5 Scale,\nfor O gauge International print at 158%, 1/48 Scale,\nfor N gauge print at 51.49%, 1/148 Scale, (Caution: I have not printed this model in N gauge so I can’t guarantee its printability)\n\nThe example in the pictures was printed on a Bambu Labs A1 FDM Printer.\nAs normal with my designs, there is a balance between accuracy and printability, hopefully not affecting the look of the model too much.\n\nFor FDM printing, I used a 0.2mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.12mm using PLA+ filament. You can use a 0.4mm nozzle but the corners of the brick won't be as sharp, can also be printed in PLA but I recommend PLA+ or PETG for better durability.
