These have been design to attach to my other arched wall designs. They come in several sections that work up to the 100mm or 120mm arched wall heights. I have also done the designs in left and right hand slopes.\n\nThe walls are 9mm deep and the pillars are 15mm deep and about 12mm wide. each section is about 126mm long. The angle of the slope is 9 degrees.\n\nThe files are labelled 120, 100, 80, 60, 40 as left and right hand. I have also included a back section for when commercial premises have doors open, this comes in two designs 51mm and 99mm deep.\n\nThe commercial premises are made up of a brick arch and a detailed infill for each type of commercial premises. Please see photos of all the different fronts. All Commercial Premisses fronts are designed to be printed inverted so supports are not required. The longer 240mm sections will probably need to be printed on an FDM printer. For FDM printing I would print upside down or flat, this is because the design has no overhangs when printed upside down. With resin, it's up to you how you want to print, but please look at my example. When printing with a resin printer I recommend printing hollowed with a 2mm wall thickness and also have an infill support structure, this will reduce the amount of resin used.\n\nIf you’re planning of using with raised section of track I have designed two height versions of 100mm and 120mm, therefor you can have a raised section of track 80mm to 100mm in height. Files ending in 100 are the 100m high version and 120 the 120mm high version. The arches are 9mm deep, this is to allow space for Industrial and shop detail with later designs. \n\nEach arch will take a while to print due to detail and size, but they will work out cheaper to produce than printed or injection models on the market. I have added some brick sections that can help disguise joins and there will also be brick columns to go on each end if required.\n\nThe double arch 100m high when printed on a FDM printer uses approx. 100g of filament and takes 16 hours to print vertically with a layer height of 0.08mm. If printed flat on bed it takes just under 9 hours to print. Personally, I think the detail comes out better if printed vertically. These figures are based on that the Bambu Labs slicer reported for my A1 printer, other printers will use different amounts of filament and print at different speeds.\nI used the following Filament: ELEGOO PLA+ Filament 1.75mm Grey 1KG  - https://amzn.to/4r1qQIM (Affiliate Link)\n\nThe plan is to add some alternative solutions for what is portrayed in the arches, I want to develop industrial and shop fronts. I also plan to have some 50mm and 100mm deep arches so you can have detail under the tracks or roads for raised sections.\n\nThis is a set of designs that will evolve over the autumn of 2024, so if certain items are not available yet they may be added in the near future. This item could also be used to make a bridge.\nI have created a set of files that can be glued together to create the length you require under the track. The average brick size is about 3mm long and these sections are made up of factors of 3mm. The sizes I am including are of the following lengths: 9mm, 18mm, 36mm, 48mm and 96mm. With these lengths, you should be able to create any length required.\n\nThe railway arch sections are 120mm wide and either 100m or 120mm tall. The arch front is about 9mm deep. These are designed to be printed inverted on an FDM printer, this way up they don’t need support. \n\nThe arch centre is 100mm wide and about 65mm high, the arch centre is 70mm high\n\nThese items are designed to be bought with my original design ‘Model Railway Retaining Walls with Arches’ which includes blank arches, end walls and other associated items.
