As for attire, the Evil Eye wore nothing but underwear.\n\nPreviously, as a spirit, the Evil Eye appeared the same as when he was alive but had a healthier body. Upon swearing revenge on the Kito Family as he fruitlessly tried to help free a boy about to be scarified, the Evil Eye took on his current appearance as a result of his form altering to match the boy's characteristics out of anger.\n\nWhen possessing Jiji's body, the Evil Eye causes the young man's hair to turn white, a ripple pattern third eye to appear at the center of his forehead, along with his other eyes changing to become yellow, and a dark marking to reach down his shoulders and frame his face. The possession also has an effect on Jiji's earrings, causing them to lengthen. Initially, the Evil Eye's possession impacted Jiji's wardrobe, leading to the destruction of all his clothes except for his underwear.
