Had an issue in that the website clearly shows an .mtl file being available. There was no .mtl file, so I was going to have to spend all day relinking the textures manually. I wouldn't have paid this much for the model if I thought I would have to do that. The designer didn't respond to my message about it, and the people from cg trader were not helpful at all either. They said that just because the .mtl is listed as an available file, that doesn't mean it's available, but that it automatically adds that if there is an .obj file. Why would the website list a file that isn't available?
Terrible experience. Zero stars. I would love it if either the artist or the website would make things right so I could improve this rating.
