Field Cultivator – is a soil cultivation implement designed for seedbed preparation and general field tillage. Field cultivators can also be used for secondary tillage to control weeds.The field cultivator is available in various working widths (4, 6, 8, or 10 meters). The 6, 8, and 10-meter models have a three-section folding frame for easier transportation. Key features include S-shaped or C-shaped spring tines with sweeps up to 250 mm wide, optional attachments such as three rows of tine harrows, and tandem wheels for improved ground contour following. Specific models may vary in specifications and dimensions depending on the configuration.The unique frame design allows for extensions to increase the working width, or for reducing the overlap between the sweeps to lower the tractor's power requirements and/or save fuel consumption.Five rows of working elements provide excellent soil loosening and complete weed cutting. The tines are mounted with a single bolt, allowing for quick and easy replacement. Precise depth adjustment of the sweeps is achieved by installing aluminium stops on the hydraulic cylinder rods, both on the wings and on the main frame.The tine shanks are equipped with spring protection to prevent damage. The implement’s wheels are mounted on tandem supports, which allow it to better adapt to field irregularities and ensure smooth transportation. The three rows of spring harrows perfectly level the soil surface, thus providing optimal seedbed preparation.
