Hi there,
We don't have access to 3DS Max using V-Ray, so I cannot test it. It may be possible to convert the shader however to 3DS Max as long as it's using V-Ray. I terms of the Diamond Model itself, you can use the .FBX or the .OBJ versions, these will work in 3DS Max.
