Notes: This plant is an early form of cycad which appeared at the beginning of the Permian period (298.9 million years ago) and lasted all the way through the dinosaur period, going extinct towards the end of the Cretaceous period (66 million years). This means the species survived multiple extinction events. It had many similarities with modern cycads, differing mainly on a microscopic biological level.

8. Young -- 73,022 polygons, 94,361 vertices -- 2.03m tall. Smaller plant, some half way through its maturing cycle.
9. Immature -- 26,540 polygons, 34,902 vertices -- 1.26m tall. Very small and young plant.
10. Seedling -- 18,698 polygons, 27,393 vertices -- 86.21cm tall. Very young plant just forming its first true leaves.
