Notes: An evergreen, long-lived (1,800+ years) tree. It is the tallest living tree on Earth, reaching in excess of 115m, taller than the Giant Redwood. These trees are also among the oldest living things. It is one of the most valuable species in the lumber industry. Fossil records show that it was once much more extensively distributed. This tree occupies a narrow strip of land approximately 750 km in length along the Pacific coast of North America; the most southerly grove is in Monterey County, California, and the most northerly groves are in extreme southwestern Oregon. It is found growing in coastal mountainous regions where precipitation from the incoming moisture off the ocean helps water it. The tallest and oldest trees are found in deep valleys and gullies, where year-round streams can flow and fog drip is regular.

  5. Dying -- 83,131 polygons, 109,619 vertices, 76.84m tall. Just hanging onto life and showing only unhealthy and diseased foliage.
  6. Dead -- 33,059 polygons, 41,416 vertices, 76.52m tall. Showing only bare and broken branches and dead foliage.
  7. Ancient -- 287,152 polygons, 377,478 vertices, 84.38m tall. Very old plant, larger and considerably gnarled.
  8. Young -- 156,380 polygons, 211,510 vertices, 59.41m tall. Smaller plant, fully mature but still growing.
  9. Growing -- 85,652 polygons, 119,492 vertices, 37.42m tall. Plant not yet mature, some half way through its growing cycle.
  10. Immature -- 19,407 polygons, 29,450 vertices, 14.81m tall. Very small and young plant.
  11. Forming -- 5,587 polygons, 9,063 vertices, 6.23m tall. Extremely young and small but taking on its adult shape.
  12. Sapling -- 2,057 polygons, 3,655 vertices, 2.78m tall. Recently sprouted.

The textures included are mainly 4k (4096x4096); additional texture sizes of medium 2k, small 1k, and tiny <1k can also be downloaded.
