Here is a simple explanation of what makes this model special and how it is designed:
The Overall Concept This weapon draws directly from ancient mythology. We designed it to look like a relic found in a lost tomb or wielded by a temple guard. It combines the regality of Egyptian gold with the mystery of ancient magic.
Anubis Head Pommel The most striking detail is at the very top of the handle. We sculpted the pommel into the shape of a black jackal's head, representing Anubis. With its gold accents, it gives the weapon a distinct personality and a connection to the afterlife.
Winged Scarab Guard The cross-guard spreads out like a pair of bronze wings. This design mimics the classic winged scarab or sun disc symbols found in hieroglyphs, creating a silhouette that feels royal and divine.
Runed Turquoise Blade Instead of a plain steel edge, the blade features a central inlay of deep turquoise or jade material. Running down this colored section are glowing ancient hieroglyphics, suggesting the sword carries a curse or a spell.
Lapis Lazuli Core Right at the center of the guard, there is a large, bright blue gem. This acts as the focal point of the hilt, contrasting beautifully with the dark handle and the bronze wings, looking like a piece of precious jewelry.
Files Included: FBX, GLB, OBJ, STL, ZIP (Textures). Quick Tip: The hieroglyphs on the blade are designed to glow. Use an Emissive map in your game engine to make the blue symbols shine brightly, especially in dark tomb environments.
