DESCRIPTION

Officer's dirk of the Ukrainian Navy of 1994 in full assembly.
Presenting a Unique - rare 3d model - This dirk is a typical representative of the
evolution from a short combat, naval palash - a weapon of boarding skirmishes
of the 16-17th century to an element of ceremonial equipment of naval officers
of the 20-21st centuries. After the resumption of independence in 1991. Ukraine,
having its own navy (its part from the fleet of the former USSR), set the task of
outfitting its officers in the traditional for the whole world style. The task of
creating a dirk was put in 1993 before the defense enterprise 37 СМЗ and in 1994,
as a result of selection from different variants, the first Ukrainian Navy dirk
was put into serial production. The blade has an exclusive design, where the ephesus (guard)
is stylized under the Admiralty anchor, and the grip resembles a screw weave rope.
The Top grip (head of the grip) is made by stylization of the drum of the ship's anchor windlass.
The scabbard, in general, repeats the style of the scabbard of Soviet naval dirks and
is decorated with the coat of arms of Ukraine and the rose of winds on the reverse.
Only about 500 copies of the 1994 design were produced. It is characterized by the absence
of any branding or engraving on the blade. It is this design - as much as possible (taking into account
the impossibility to use the original drawings) reflects the presented 3D model. The model is detailed,
with technical accuracy, made on sources from free access. In addition to the original in the set is a variant
with additional engraving on the blade «Червона калина» - Chervona Kalina (Red Kalina) -
one of the symbols in Ukraine of the struggle for freedom and independence, as well as Kleimenie
in the form of the State brand and the year 1994 -
The year since which in the Ukrainian Navy officers wear dirks as an element of the ceremonial
uniform and a status symbol. It's a design development by the author of the 3D model - @OLfreebond.

Models are made in Solid Works 2012 in the original dimensions contain all the details of the original
product in the highest possible similarity. Models are technically correct - assembly and can be useful
in technical spheres (3D printing, CNC, etc.) creation of gift - souvenir products - dull blade in those
countries where it is forbidden to create or have samples of edged weapons.
In kit is files (STL) in high-polygonal version to obtain qualitatively smooth forms.
Additionally, the set contains all files for obtaining high-quality realistic close-up rendering
(smooth lines, selected, prepared surfaces - for applying materials or textures - Assigned materials
surfaces with conditional color markings), see the image of models and examples
of 3D rendering results in specialized professional applications, without using
special textures or materials - only standard-basic ones (for examples- KeyShot) -
see rendering examples . If use basikc features of the free one - Skechfab and free
textures from freeware are enough - see the result in the appendix. In addition to solid
model file formats, converted highly detailed polygonal file formats are additionally available.
