DESCRIPTION

AR-15 is a popular type of semi-automatic or fully automatic firearm that was originally developed in the 1950s by the American company Armalite. Initially, AR in the name stood for Armalite Rifle, but later the term came to denote Assault Rifle, although the weapon itself is not a true assault rifle in the general sense.

AR-15 is used in various spheres, including the civilian market for sports shooting, hunting, and personal defense, as well as in military and law enforcement agencies, although a modified version known as the M16 is used in the military. The AR-15 is known for its reliability, modularity, and ability to customize configurations using various accessories and additional equipment.
