The SU-100U was a self-propelled gun (SPG) created based on the lessons learned by the Soviet Union during the Winter War with Finland. It was built using the chassis of the T-100, a multi-turreted tank. A box-shaped armored superstructure and a fixed fighting compartment were built onto the T-100 chassis to mount its armament, which was a 130mm B-13 naval gun.
