Ah, underground infrastructure, we meet again.
Always the place everyone wants to find in a game world, and when they find it, of-course it's 'OOOH! Where does THIS go??? I MUST find out NOW!'. Adding these out-of-the-way places to your game environment adds a reward to players who take time to explore your city, military base, other major infrastructure such as dams and is part of good map design. Can't have a city without it.
Will definitely keep this on my to-purchase list. Looks somewhat similar to one that's in Black Mesa actually (which they entirely could have bought it from here, too).
Suggestions:
A vastly simplified collision mesh could prove useful in any game(s) with real-time physics engines in them such as Havoc Physics engine or even the proprietary physics used in BeamNG Drive to model detailed vehicle body deformation.
You may wish to consider making a more weathered version (not derelict, but a little weathered), with some wet texture blended into the base of the pipes, down out the mouth of the pipe, and on the floor of the main access tunnels. Not everything is new and sterile, and this weathering will certainly save game environment artists some time.
