Asset is good but author never replied to my message requesting some assistance. Thankfully I found a solution myself but this is poor service.
Updated review: Some of the models in the scene are needlessly high poly - the couch and chair in particular. These could be 1/10th the polycount and look just as good. I had to replace them which is frustrating.
