Chair modern style grey Low-poly 3D model

A realistic modern chair modelled for both games and high quality renders with subdivision in mind, the model has been UV unwrapped with non-overlapping UVs to make texturing easy, the model has been textured completely in substance painter to give realistic results with textures available in 4k, 2k, 1k, and 512 to allow you to save resources when needed. Masks for the wood and the fabric have been included to make it easy to change the color of either of them. The model is made from separate pieces of wood with holes in which they stick into and bolts in the appropriate places to give it a realistic, hand-assembled feeling, with a zipper at the back to give the viewer an idea of how the chair is cleaned, used, etc..
