I can't comment on the .max format version because I don't use 3DSMax. The .obj is a single mesh item, and the .fbx is made up of almost a thousand individual meshes called "mesh." All the polygons are assigned the same texture, "Explorer Default," so you can't use the textures in the .max folder. So for people buying this for use in in a program that only supports the .obj or .fbx versions, skip this—by the time you sorted out the parts, you could have modeled it yourself.

The fbx format has been updated. It is properly textured now and has materials assigned.

Hi @AzuroStudio - I just imported the FBX in Maya and nothing is textured, not even UV unwrapped... Also all furniture, plants and lamps are missing inside the FBX File. (this scene feels useless for everybody not running 3DS)

IMPORTANT! THERE IS SECOND UPDATE OF THE .FBX AND .OBJ FILES ARCHIVES NOW WITH TEXTURES INSIDE. THE FORMATS WAS CHEKED IN 3 DIFRENT PROGRAMS. OBJECT NOW ARE PROPERLY TEXTURED FOR SURE - IF NOT YOUR 3D PROGRAM CANT FIND TEXTURES. ALSO ADDED NEW FORMAT - SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Author (.rh file) . THIS IS 3D VIEWER'S FORMAT. IT'S FORMAT IS 99% COMPATIBLE WITH MAX. SAP CREATED ALSO MANY THIRD PARTY PLUGINS FOR MANY PROGRAMS (to import .rh file) https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/preview/en/2088020
