Hello, I went so far and download 3d sweet Home design software on my computer and when I imported the furniture, it worked fine and the texture was automatically assigned. However I had to scale the model units by 100x to get reasonable dimensions. Just make sure that all your files are in the same folder and reset your 3d sweet's settings to ensure that there isn't anything messed up. Kind regards Otto Moilanen

Unfortunately I haven't used 3D Sweet Home Design software before and I don't really know about it, but when I imported the model into blender it worked fine. However seems that obj files can only display diffuse textures. That is why textures are often set inside the software rather than packed into obj file. I think this video may help you https://youtu.be/qvkz_L5B208 at 5:04

You can find the mtl while from the same place you download the obj file before.

Hello, I have purchase some OBJ elements, one of them is your arm robot. But when I upload them, they appear as gray, not in colors as shown when I have order. My software is 3D Sweet Home Design. Could you tell me why this happened? thank you Sérgio Silva

Hello and my apologies for the delay. Often these type of question are submitted by support letter but it doesn't really bother me. I just notice them faster, because I get a notification. After investigating the issue, seems that I forgot to upload the mtl file. As far as I know obj. file needs mtl file to properly display textures. This was absolutely my mistake, but now I have added the missing mtl file and I think this resolved the issue you were facing. Have a nice day! Best regards, Otto Moilanen
