DESCRIPTION

1 Equipment OverviewThis machine is a fully automatic special equipment for valve stem end induction stress relieving. It is equipped with BGB 60kW high frequency power supply and induction coil, and integrated with a small cooling line. The whole process runs automatically in sequence: loading, heating, detection, screening, cooling, discharging, without manual intervention.

2 Core Structure and Functional Modules

2.1 Automatic Loading Module

• Equipped with a special automatic loading mechanism, which can automatically complete valve feeding and conveying, connecting front and rear processes.

• With specification adjustment mechanism, it is compatible with various valve models and can flexibly adapt to production requirements.

2.2 Induction Heating Module

• Adopts high frequency induction heating technology, powered by BGB 60kW high frequency power supply and special induction coil, to perform accurate and rapid heating stress relief on valve stem ends, with high efficiency and small deformation.

• The heating zone is equipped with an infrared temperature detection system to monitor the heating temperature in real time and ensure qualified stress relief effect.

2.3 Intelligent Screening and Sorting Module

• Based on infrared detection results, the machine is equipped with an NG screening and sorting mechanism.

• Unqualified workpieces in temperature or stress relief automatically enter the NG discharge channel.

• Qualified workpieces enter the small cooling line for subsequent cooling treatment.

• It realizes the integration of heating, detection, screening and cooling to prevent defective products from entering the next process.

2.4 Small Cooling Line Module

• Qualified workpieces automatically enter the small cooling line for orderly and uniform cooling after screening.

• Effectively controls workpiece temperature, avoids secondary stress and deformation, and improves product dimensional stability.

3 Equipment Advantages

• Full automation: the whole process runs in sequence: loading, heating, detection, screening, cooling, discharging, with unmanned operation.

• Flexible production: quick adjustment to adapt to various valve specifications with low changeover cost.

• Quality controllability: real-time infrared monitoring and automatic sorting to ensure the stress relief quality of each product.

• High efficiency and stability: equipped with BGB 60kW high frequency power supply and induction coil, with fast heating speed. Combined with the small cooling line, it is suitable for mass continuous production.
