I. Equipment Overview
This machine is a dual-station vertical cabinet-type semi-automatic rotary press assembly machine, specially designed for the automatic rotary pressing and locking of the four black rubber support feet at the bottom of the compressor. It adopts a symmetrical left-right dual-station layout. Two operators can work independently at their own stations separately without any interference or influence on each other, so as to achieve efficient mass production.
II. Dual-Station Layout Structure
Station Division:The top worktable is clearly divided into left station and right station by the center line. The two stations are completely independent and physically isolated.
Station Configuration:
• Each station is equipped with 4 rotary press execution units, precisely corresponding to the 4 foot mounting positions of one compressor.
• Each station has independent control buttons, tooling positioning references and drive systems, which can be started, stopped and operated separately without mutual interference.
- Overall Structure:Vertical cabinet frame with adjustable foot cups at the bottom for leveling and shock absorption. A maintenance door is set on the side for easy access to internal gear motors, speed regulators and electrical components.
III. Dual-Station Workflow
Loading:Two operators place the compressors to be assembled into the positioning tooling of the corresponding 4 rotary press units at the left and right stations respectively.
Start-up:Each operator presses the start button of their own station. Driven by gear motors with speed regulators, the machine automatically completes the synchronous rotary pressing, compaction and torque locking of the 4 feet at this station.
Completion:After the rotary pressing is in place, the machine sends a completion signal, and the operator removes the finished compressor.
Continuous Production:The two stations can work in parallel, or realize a continuous production mode of one side assembling while the other side loading/unloading.The two operators work at their own stations separately without mutual influence.
IV. Core Advantages of Dual-Station Layout
• High Efficiency Parallelism: One machine can process two compressors at the same time, doubling the production capacity.
• Complete Independence & No Interference: When one station breaks down, is debugged or shut down, the other can still operate normally, ensuring the continuity of the production line.
• User-Friendly Operation: Sufficient operating space is reserved on both sides, conforming to ergonomics and reducing labor intensity.
• Compact Structure: The dual-station is integrated into one machine, significantly saving space and cost compared with two single-station machines.
• Stable Drive: Driven by gear motors with speed regulators, the machine runs smoothly with adjustable speed and reliable assembly quality.
