This 3D asset represents a complete Fenton Catalytic Reactor plant for advanced industrial wastewater treatment. Raw effluent first enters large equalization and transfer pits, where flow is collected and homogenized before entering the treatment line. From there, wastewater is pumped into vertical Fenton catalytic reactors, where oxidizing agents and catalysts generate hydroxyl radicals that break down complex organic and toxic pollutants into simpler, safer compounds. A detailed network of pipelines, dosing tanks, and transfer pumps precisely feeds chemicals into the reactors to ensure efficient reactions, reduced sludge generation, and stable plant operation. Downstream, ballasted sand filters and clarifier units polish the treated water by removing remaining suspended solids before safe discharge or reuse.
The model package includes source and exchange formats (MA, MB, OBJ, FBX) with approximately 2,548,032 polygons for high visual fidelity. All objects have properly laid‑out UVs and are modeled using a combination of quads and triangles, making the asset suitable for high‑quality animations, technical visualizations, and industrial VR/AR experiences.
