Automatic Network Port Test Line

Introduction

This equipment is a network port test line, including full-automatic equipment for high voltage test, comprehensive test, pin position degree, verticality, height difference detection, and flat angle test. It consists of pallet storage mechanism, feeding three-axis manipulator, high-pressure testing mechanism, transmission manipulator, comprehensive testing mechanism, flat angle testing mechanism, unloading three-axis manipulator, and pallet unloading storage mechanism. The specific action is to manually place the tray loaded with products on the loading tray storage mechanism, and the loading three-axis manipulator takes out the mesh port in turn and moves it to the high-voltage test fixture. Carry out a high-voltage test at the test position, and return to the original point after completion. If the NG product is transferred to the NG cache mechanism by the transfer robot, the OK product is transferred to the comprehensive test mechanism for comprehensive testing. After the test is completed, the NG product is transferred to the NG cache mechanism. The OK product is transferred to the Product transfer agency. The 3D testing mechanism transfers the manipulator to take the product to the first fixture of the flat-angle testing mechanism after scanning the pins by the 3D testing mechanism. On the second jig, after the first CCD test is completed, the cylinder returns to move the second jig product to the second CCD test position, and takes away the product on the first jig and puts it on the unloading transfer mechanism. The unloading three-axis manipulator puts the products on the pallet unloading storage mechanism in sequence.
