DESCRIPTION
  1. Overall Equipment PositioningThis equipment is a dual-station in-line automatic press-fitting machine for compressor rubber feet, designed for compressor production lines. It automatically completes the entire process of rubber vibration-damping foot feeding, separating, gripping, positioning, rotary alignment, and press-fitting installation, replacing manual operations. It is compatible with in-line compressor assembly lines to achieve automated, high-precision, and high-tact foot mounting operations.
  2. Core Process Flow (Fully Automated Closed-Loop)
  3. Feeding and Separating UnitA large vibrating bowl feeding mechanism is installed on the right side of the equipment, which automatically sorts, orients, and aligns bulk rubber feet, and accurately feeds the feet to the separating station via a linear vibratory feeder track. The separating mechanism divides the rubber feet output from the vibrating bowl into groups of 4 for positioning, preparing for subsequent gripping, ensuring consistent posture and position of each foot to meet gripping accuracy requirements.
  4. Gripping and Transferring UnitA multi-axis transfer manipulator (or linear module + lifting mechanism) is equipped with a 4-station synchronous gripping fixture, which accurately grips 4 separated rubber feet at one time. The fixture adopts a profiled positioning + buffer structure to avoid damage to the rubber parts. After gripping, the transfer mechanism transports the feet to the lifting and positioning station to complete position alignment with the compressor base.
  5. Lifting, Rotary Alignment and Press-Fitting UnitThe compressor is conveyed to one of the dual working stations of the equipment via the in-line production line, and the positioning mechanism completes the precise locking and positioning of the compressor. The lifting mechanism drives the fixture with the gripped feet to lift upward, pre-pressing the rubber feet into the mounting holes of the compressor base. The rotary mechanism drives the fixture/compressor base for fine angle adjustment and rotation, completing precise alignment between the feet and the mounting holes, ensuring full fit of the feet without jamming. The press-fitting mechanism applies a set pressure to fully press the rubber feet into the compressor base, completing the installation. Real-time pressure monitoring ensures proper press-fitting without damaging components.
  6. Dual-Station In-Line CycleThe equipment adopts a dual-station alternating operation design: while one station performs compressor foot mounting, the other station completes compressor loading/unloading and production line flow, realizing non-stop mounting and greatly improving production line tact, adapting to the in-line assembly requirements of continuous production. The installed compressor is automatically unlocked and flows to the next process along the production line. The empty station automatically resets, waiting for the next compressor to arrive, and the cycle repeats.
  7. Core Structure and Functional Highlights of the EquipmentVibrating Bowl Feeding System: Automatically aligns and orients rubber feet without manual feeding, supporting quick changeover for different foot specifications.4-Station Synchronous Gripping Mechanism: Completes gripping and press-fitting of 4 feet at one time, improving operation efficiency and ensuring installation consistency.Rotary Alignment Mechanism: Solves alignment deviation between feet and mounting holes, improves press-fitting qualification rate, and avoids jamming and crushing damage.Dual-Station In-Line Design: Seamlessly connects with the compressor final assembly line, operates without manual intervention, realizes automated continuous production, and adapts to production line tact requirements.Full-Process Monitoring: Equipped with pressure, position, and posture sensors to monitor the entire process of feeding, gripping, and press-fitting in real time, with automatic alarm and shutdown for abnormalities to ensure product quality.
  8. Application ScenariosThis equipment is suitable for in-line automated assembly lines of compressors for household air conditioners, commercial air conditioners, refrigerators, etc., and can be quickly adjusted for different compressor models and foot specifications to meet flexible production requirements.
