  • Automatic feeding, the inner diameter of the barrel is f75MM, the thickness of the coil is 0.15MM, and the width of the material is 50MM, which can accommodate a space of 200 meters long.
  • The cutter is required to cut the coil material into 16 strips of 2.0MM±0.05MM. There should be no obvious step differences visible to the naked eye, and the cutting must be thorough. The fluctuation or serpentine deviation within each meter is not more than 0.1MM.
  • The service life of the cutter is not less than 3000 hours, easy and convenient to replace, and the operation by 2 people does not exceed 2H, including the time for knife setting. The tool setting can not be longer than 20 minutes, and each tool setting can run for at least 50H.
