CNC vector plans for plywood horse coffee table 3D model

Template cutting file for making a figure of horse for CNC router machine. Each part having the slots for connection one part to each other. Cutting tool diameter = 4mm.

This set contains:

  • CNC vectors in DXF format in 4 variants of height top shelf: 375mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 750mm, 900mm and each height in 3 variants of the thickness of material:, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm. So we have 12 versions of templates, rescaled for various thicknesses and dimensions of the figure.
  • Circuit assembly in PDF format
  • Drawing with the figure' dimensions.
  • 6 renders of 750mm-height figure

Plywood thickness 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20mm. Also possible to rescale this figure for your custom height and any thickness of the material you need and your personal cutting tool diameters. IMPORTANT: Please, check the real thickness of your material. It's important for slots. It should not be too tight and have not a backlash. Often the real thickness has a difference from nominal. In this case, you have to make offset on your CNC machine to tune the thickness of the slots.
