Flos Arco Lamp 3D model
Arco is a lamp designed by Italian designers Pier Giacomo Castiglioni and Achille Castiglioni in 1962 for the Italian company Flos. It is one of the most famous and sold industrial design products and an iconic object of Italian design.
Made with blender 2.7 and rendered with cycles.
The modifiers of spheric part of the lamp are not applied so you can regulate the level of detail.
the meshes are grouped under the name flos_arco and they are connected to an empty to simplier move it.
The wire is a curve so you can easily change position and shape.
The bulb's material has a node called light, you can set 0 or 1 value to switch the light on/off.
To import in your project in blender: file -> append -> select flos_arco then group -> flos_arco and that's it.
