There are 10 variations of cheese in this model and all of them uses a single texture space.it comes with a 4K texture and you can decrease it to 2k or 1K in photo editing programs like GIMP,Photoshop..etc if you want to decrease the file size.All the Cheese together uses/shares a single UV spaceThe Blend file includes the material so you can Bake textures on your own if you want to

Each Cheese cube is about 10K-11K triangles and ~6K verts

UPDATE:-- now in version 2 you can make new variations of cheese cubes by changing the parameters of geometry nodes and applyingdo note that you will have to UV unwrap and bake new textures for the new cheese that you generate
