Sidewalk - Modular Set 3 Color Option Low-poly 3D model
Description
- This pack consists of modular set for combining sidewalk (30 separate meshes) saved in four different formats (.max, .obj, .fbx, tbscene) and five color options of textures.
- This model can be used for games, movies, virtual reality, advertising, render scenes, design, etc.
- Everything's made in real world scale (in meters).
- Slab size:
- Length - 0,5 m;
- Width - 0,5 m;
- Height - 0,045 m.
- You can delete polygons that are not visible in your scene. Also you can change the distance between the slabs and the curb and place them at different heights relative to each other.
- On top of that, there are additional textures for Unity and Unreal Engine.
- This archive has only basic materials for 3ds max and marmoset.
- Rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 3.

- Textures resolution:
- sidewalk_set: 2048x2048.
- anti_slip_coating: 1024x1024.
- Textures format: TGA.
- Textures:
- color (diffuse) – five color options;
- gloss;
- metalness;
- normal;
- normal inv (invert green channel);
- ao (ambient occlusion).
- Textures for Unity:
- specular metallic (specular map in alpha channel);
- normal inv (invert green channel).
- Textures for Unreal Engine:
- roughness.
- Sidewalk Set:
- lod0 - tris: 505, edges: 1515 verts 318.
- Anti slip coating:
- lod0 - tris: 684, edges: 2052 verts 468.

Very good sidewalk meshes that were easily imported in UE4 and textured. My only gripe is the extra effort it took to because the pivot points didn't translate properly. Even so, with a little extra time they look great.
