DESCRIPTION

3D model of the apartment building with office space on the first floor.The house is built on the slope of the road. Along with the basic model of the building, the scene consists of two simple models of the surrounding houses, for example. Model of a multi-storey building has good quality geometry and logical names of the parts, models and materials.

The scene in 3ds max format contains the model of the main building, sidewalk and adjacent houses. The main model contains materials and is ready to render.

The files in OBJ and FBX formats contain models of the main building, adjacent buildings and sidewalk. All models have a logical name and a basic material group.Also archives all formats, contain texture maps for stone facade on the first floor of the building.

The first floor has a good UV-unwrap!
