All textures are in a separate archive "textures.rar". Specify the path to the textures in the "3ds max" package. And then in the "Material Editor" click "Pick Material from Odject". All textures are displayed.

None of the converted models (3DS/OBJ/FBX) have the textures linked to the embedded materials and the names of the texture files in the download do not match with the material names so near impossible to re-texture.
