This project is a residential high-rise tower inspired by Miami-style architecture, characterized by clean lines, vertical rhythm, and a strong emphasis on lifestyle-oriented design.

The design focuses on vertical residential living with a light, fresh, and coastal-inspired aesthetic, ideal for tropical or waterfront city contexts. Its proportions and façade composition are conceived to balance density with comfort and visual elegance.

I created this project when I was 17 years old.

I am deaf, and growing up, this often meant a very lonely childhood and adolescence. Architecture and 3D modeling became my refuge and my voice. I spent countless hours fully focused on designing buildings and learning 3D tools on my own, turning solitude into creativity.

This model reflects not only a residential concept, but also years of passion, discipline, and perseverance, developed at a very young age.
