A nicely textured and detailed model that imported into Blender 3.6.2 with no problems using the provided Blender import file. Minor issue: Only the albedo/diffuse and ambient occlusion (AO) texture maps are provided so I had to create the normal, metallic and roughness texture maps myself using Adobe Substance software. I am a model railroading hobbyist who creates freeware 3rd party mod content for the Trainz Railroad Simulator (TRS22). I use purchased 3D models on my own created freeware routes and share it with other TRS22 route creators, but only under the license provisions. This model was easily adapted for TRS22. I exported this model into Trainz Railroad Simulator 2022 (TRS22) and it looked exactly as it should and was trouble free. I am pleased with the overall quality and appearance of this model, except for the issue mentioned, and recommend it to others, especially those who need content for computer games and simulations!
