Realistic Mountain VR-AR Ready Low-poly 3D model

A mountain that's a low-poly 3d model ready for Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), games and other real-time apps.

This has a High Poly model, a Low poly model, and a set of a few textures, PNG and TIFF format. The maps included are Diffuse, Normal, AO (Ambient Occlusion), Heightmap, and masks for textures inside of UE4 or Cryengine, Unity, etc. This has been tested inside of UE4 (Unreal Engine 4) and Unity 5, and they both run very efficiently. Textures range from 8K to 4K all able to be down-scaled very easily to retain quality but have a lower memory hit in game engines. This can also make for a very good background mesh inside of Arch Viz or Professional Renders, especially with Photogrammetry Textures applied to the mesh with the assistance of the masks.

Then diffuse textures included are just base colors, but still high quality. Both models utilize almost 100% of the UV space so no waste of space with the textures. Also the normal could be enhanced very easily with detail normals. The mesh as well could also take advantage of heavy tessellation since the mesh has very efficient quad rendering which will transfer 1 to 1 to a good amount of tris inside of game engines.
