This environment represents a dense flower-field built on a 500 m² terrain reaching 41.7 meters in height, designed for cinematic renders, animation scenes, and natural environments.

The terrain uses high-resolution 4K detail (4096 px) to preserve fine surface definition and realism. Two versions of the environment are included to accommodate different hardware capabilities and production needs.
Environment VersionsAdvanced VersionThe advanced setup includes:
- 2 PBR shaders
- 9 texture maps
- A fully detailed material workflow for enhanced visual fidelity
The optimized version includes:
- 1 baked PBR shader
- 4 texture maps
- Designed for lighter scenes and faster rendering
Both versions include the same vegetation and wildlife systems.
Vegetation SystemThe vegetation is based on the Lawn 01 preset from Biome-Reader.
Vegetation is distributed using a splatmap-controlled scattering system, ensuring that plants grow only in appropriate areas and never appear on rock surfaces (via weight map).
- No wind animation is included
Wildlife simulation is powered by Fauna Master Pro by Lazy3D, creating a living ecosystem within the environment.
Included fauna:
Butterflies- 3 independent spawn systems
- 3 spawn systems with curve-based path movement
- Part of the Evasion Collection
- Pigeons: 1 walking system + 1 flying system
- Sparrows: 4 spawn systems (2 walking, 2 flying)
- A pair of idle osprey hawks
This setup enhances the scene with dynamic, lifelike behavior.
LightingThe environment includes a 4K HDRI sky map:
- Flowers-field.exr
Created using Physical Starlight and Atmosphere (PSA) to deliver realistic lighting conditions and sky rendering.
File StructureBoth environment variants include:
- Terrain FBX file
- Textures packed inside the .blend file
- An additional external texture folder
If Blender cannot locate the textures, use:
Edit - External Data - Find Missing Files
Then select the provided texture folder.
- Note:The FBX files contain the terrain mesh only. Shaders must be rebuilt in the shader editor when importing outside the provided project files.
The project includes three optimized View Layers:
- Everything - non-render elements
- Field - terrain only (no vegetation)
- Flowers (Scatter) - vegetation system with shadow catcher
A linked duplicate of the terrain is used as a Shadow Catcher, ensuring proper interaction between scatter elements and lighting.
For additional performance improvements, Weight-Map culling is recommended (can be controlled via weight paint).
