I am glad to once again present this piece of 3D art in architectural visualisation and rendering.It's a special building designated for a modern, stylish, luxury, industrial and sci-fi theme. It can be used as a factory, lab or a production plant too. To make it seamless, I have named all its objects, cleaned up all mterials, textured the meshes, set the scene and much more. As always, I have modeled the meshes vertex- to-vertex, edge-to-edge and face-to-face.It would thus fit any required subdivision. I also ensured that there are no double vertices,edges or faces and applied many modifiers apart from the simple ones like mirror and subdivision.
