This is a digital product (there is no physical product) intended for the independent production of sheet metal products. You should be able to cut out parts on a CNC metal cutting machine or manually with a convenient cutting tool using a stencil (for example, a grinder). Also, you should be able to bend the parts on a bending machine or manually, at the end welding the parts together according to the instructions and, if desired, cleaning and painting the finished product.This product is not the final product. This product is a mold for pouring concrete, gypsum, etc. products.Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished Outdoor Pot, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited.
The Casting Mold 1 for outdoor pot involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 3 mm and a bending radius of 3 mm. The weight of the mold is about 85 kg. There are 49 parts in total (not counting standard purchased parts). The design documentation includes 25 pages. The instruction includes 19 pages in the order of assembly. The archive includes: dxf (17 pcs.- files separately), Drawings (25 pages), Instructions (19 pages). Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH): 758х743х652. Overall size of the finished pot (LxH): 665х550.
There is no engraving on the dxf, bending is performed along the line indicated by drop-shaped cutouts at the ends of the bending line.
A set of fasteners: Nut M10 DIN 934 – 60 pcs., Bolt M10x20 DIN 933 – 60 pcs.
A funnel is not a mandatory structural element; it can be omitted if it is convenient for you to pour the composition into a mold without a funnel. Funnel parts (Casting mold 1.4) are not included in the cutting. If you need to include these details in the overall cutting, you can write to me.
In the parts of the central insert (Casting mold 1.3) there is a part Casting mold 1.3_5, in the nesting this part is included in the part Casting mold 1.3_2 and is the internal octagon of the part.
DXF are available both in the form of parts separately, and placed for a sheet of metal with a size of 2500x1250mm, 3000x1500mm.
If you need to create a stencil for printing in PDF format or create a DXF file with all the parts located on the sheet metal format you need, please contact me.
The files you download are not intended for distribution (in any form, digital or printed), they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings (only finished product) in any quantities.
3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly.
