This is a digital product (there is no physical product) intended for the independent production of sheet metal products. You should be able to cut out parts on a CNC metal cutting machine. Also, you should be able to bend the parts on a CNC bending machine.Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited.
It is worth paying attention that the production of this brazier requires CNC bending and CNC laser machines. The bend shelf must match the drawing. The bending radius in the project is 0.8 mm, it is desirable not to deviate much from this value. All parts must be cut from 2mm steel. If desired, the legs and handle can be cut out of 1.5mm steel to lighten the weight.
Thinner steel should not be used for other parts, as the heat can bend the brazier. Also, do not make the brazier larger than in the project, as it will also be subjected to more severe deformation from the heat. Welding is not required on this grill. There are 8 parts in total. If desired, you can abandon the handle, for optimization.
This brazier has been produced and is being produced in my city for a long time and has collected more than a hundred positive reviews on the local market place.
The design of the brazier was completely developed by me from the very beginning, there is a unique latch of the side walls, and the unfolding system allows the assembled brazier to stand evenly and not fold even from strong blows. If the brazier is assembled taking into account the necessary clearances, then the brazier can be opened with two movements in a couple of seconds.Barbecue size in closed position: 404х275х44 mm

The files you download are not intended for distribution (in any form, digital or printed), they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings (only finished sculpture) in any quantities.
3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly.
