DESCRIPTION

This scene features the Qvillestaden residential apartment complex inner courtyard. The architectural project is by Olsson Lyckefors Arkitektur and is situated in Gothenburg, Sweden. The model is created in 3DStudio Max 2022 and intended for rendering in Corona Renderer 7-9 or above. FBX and OBJ exchange formats are included. All texture maps are included in a ZIP archive; the scene contains all materials and shaders needed for rendering.

I included some of my renders where I utilized my own props, models and other resources that I cannot include in this scene file for copyright reasons (see previews). But all the architecture is there, you basically only need to add grass, trees, street furniture and people.

I don't own the rights for the architecture and design, the credit goes to Olsson Lyckefors architectural bureau. I only did the modeling and texturing based on official architectural plans and photographs available online.
