1/11
This project presents a compact two-storey modern house designed in a clean minimalist form, combining simple geometry with high functional efficiency. The building features a flat roof, a recessed upper balcony, and a spacious ground-floor terrace, all integrated into a coherent contemporary architectural language. Large glazing surfaces provide natural light throughout the day, emphasising the vertical rhythm of the façade and visually enlarging the interior spaces.
The upper floor includes a sheltered balcony with characteristic cross-pattern balustrades, creating a subtle reference to Scandinavian and cottage-style detailing while maintaining a modern look. The ground floor opens to a wide terrace through full-height sliding doors, offering flexible indoor–outdoor living and maximising usability on compact plots or recreational land.
The design focuses on simplicity, energy efficiency and cost-effective construction. Clean façade planes, narrow vertical windows, and precise lines create a timeless, minimalistic exterior suitable for urban, suburban or natural environments. The model is fully optimised as a lightweight architectural concept—ideal for visualisations, real estate marketing, or 3D project development.
