A renovated Cinema with stores on the ground floor to a restaurant with mixed use workshops, this design can be used as shops, library, community center, small college, school and small mall. the design it self is very flexible to modifications and changes to accommodate your needs, you can delete walls, parts of buildings, change stairs and all the other components with a simple click.
this design was presented to Municipality in Jordan to renovate an old building dating back to 1926 but sadly the municipality stopped the project due to lack of funding. this file includes: Plans Elevations 3d module in Rvt, Dwg and Fbx formats.
