Here is a simple explanation of what makes this model special and how it is designed:
The Overall Concept This asset is a high-class mansion or government office from ancient China. It represents the home of a wealthy official, a nobleman, or a provincial governor, designed to show off their power and status.
Double-Tiered Green Roof The roof is covered in emerald green glazed tiles with golden ridges. In traditional Chinese hierarchy, green tiles were often used for high-ranking officials and princes, distinguishing them from the yellow roofs of the Emperor.
Solid Red Walls The main body of the building features thick walls painted in a deep, rich red. This color symbolizes good fortune and joy, acting as a bold background that makes the green roof and gold decorations stand out.
Decorative Blue Beams Underneath the roof eaves, the supporting wooden beams are painted in royal blue with gold detailing. These intricate patterns (known as Caihua) add a layer of artistic beauty to the structural parts of the house.
Raised Stone Platform The entire structure sits on a clean, grey stone base with a set of wide steps in the front. This raised foundation protects the wood from damp ground and gives the building a commanding presence.
Files Included: FBX, GLB, OBJ, STL, ZIP (Textures). Quick Tip: The Green Roof is a great visual cue for players. You can use this building as the Governor's House or a quest location, using the distinct roof color to help players find it in a city full of grey or black roofs.
