This is a fairly accurate model of the original Minyard's Grocery store built in 1932 and currently residing in Coppell, TX in their Heritage Park. Modeled in Fusion 360 using photographic reference.

The model has been scaled to HO scale, but can be enlarged or shrunk to fit whatever scale you're needing. The building is hollowed out to reduce material usage. The original building's sign is painted directly on the siding, but I decided to have it stand out some for easier painting.
