Here is a simple explanation of what makes this model special and how it is designed:
The Overall Concept This asset is a wave-swept lighthouse from the Victorian era. It is designed to look like it stands alone in the open ocean, constantly battered by waves, making it perfect for dramatic sea scenes or rocky islands.
Patterned Stone Masonry The stone tower features a unique diamond-shaped relief pattern carved into every block. This texture adds a lot of visual interest and makes the surface look rough and sturdy, rather than just a smooth grey cylinder.
Weathered Base The bottom of the tower shows signs of heavy wear and tear. The stone is discolored, chipped, and slightly green with algae, realistically showing where the ocean waves have been crashing against it for years.
Rusted Iron Gallery At the top, a metal balcony (gallery) surrounds the light. The support brackets and railings are covered in rust, emphasizing the age of the structure and the harsh, salty environment it inhabits.
Diamond-Pane Lantern The glass room at the very top protects the beacon. It features a diamond lattice frame that matches the stone pattern below, capped by a weathered copper dome and a decorative finial.
Files Included: FBX, GLB, OBJ, STL, ZIP (Textures). Quick Tip: The Diamond Glass at the top creates beautiful shadows. Place a Point Light inside the lantern room so the lattice frame casts a crisscross shadow pattern on the surrounding fog or water.
