Small Classic Shop Front 3D model

This model has real world scale (approximately 331 cm in length, 22.5 cm in depth and 280 cm in height). It consists of two seperate, but grouped and parented meshes: Small Classic Shop Front and Door. Exception: in the .ply-file they are both joined together.

All used textures and maps are included. One texture/diffuse map, one metallic map, one glossy map (invert for roughness), one transmission map and one normal map. Each map meassures 4096 x 4096 px. UVs are unwrapped. Everything is named properly.
