I just purchased your model. I downloaded the .fbx file but I don't see the materials. Can you help me?

The materials can be seen only from 3ds max native file. As everything is in vray. And fbx doesn't support that. The materials themselves are very simple. You can recreate them in any renderer quite fast I hope. Also there are very little textures used, only on couple models. The dragon cave (entrance) is vertex color textured. The main benefit is geometry in this model. That's why it is not that expensive.

Very detailed. Excellent dataset. I saw some comments about the clipping plane issue. That can be fixed easily so you can see the entire model when zooming out. Great work on this model !

Not that this model is not good. I bought it to import to a video game and will not work because the tracks clip through the foundation they are placed on and on the big wooden roller coaster the entrance where you would board the ride is on a curved track and does not line up. the quality of model is decent but not good for what i was trying to do with it. I would not recomend this model if you are trying to import to a game. not saying its not possible just a lot of tweaking.
