Cityscape Rotterdam Holland

Rotterdam is a large port city in the Dutch province of South Holland. It is famous for its Maritime Museum, which displays old ships and thematic exhibitions. Here tourists can get acquainted with the history of local navigation. Another attraction of the city is the 17th century Delfshafen district with shops and the church of the Pilgrim Fathers. The last pilgrims visited before sailing to America. After World War II, the city was almost completely restored. Several innovative architectural structures were erected.
