Ekaterinburg is a city in Russia located to the east of the Ural Mountains. One of the main attractions is the golden-domed Church on the Blood, built at the beginning of the 21st century on the site where the Romanov family was shot in 1918. On the banks of the Iset River there is a monument to the founders of the city. Not far from it is the Sverdlovsk Regional Museum of Local Lore, where you can see the personal belongings of the last royal family.
