Star Wars Storm Trooper Rigged

Star Wars Storm Trooper Rigged 3D model

Description

High detailed model created by SQUIR team.

RIGGED FOR 3dsMAX

Ready to render at 3dsmax with VRA. Everything is set for stock 3dsmax with stock included mentalray shadders.

Rendering scene with all lightning, materials, background setups is included. (setup is done for the 3dsmax 2012, but of course you can use the scene at all newest max's, however other than 2012 versions might require slight setup adjustments tp get exactly the same resoult)

All of our models are done on the 3dsmax, and we are able to provide uncollapsed modifier stack only for the 3dsmax, but if you'd need the lower polygon version at other programs, please email us.

For this product there's 3 different 3dsmax files included. Set is uncollapsed, it's a file where you can make changes at the model. Hipoly is collapsed to hipoly with all the modifiers history cleaned to make it trouble free while using at other programs Studio is the file with all rendering setups which we used to make the previews renderings.

Because of different Disk topology at different computers it might be required to change the textures patches at the destination computer.

Thank your for buying SUQIR models at CGTrader !

Hey, I was just wondering what the purpose was behind the changes in the armor. Was this made for a specific project that required armor that was different from the armor shown in the movies?

The armor was different at different episodes, it's just one version from few :)

Ok, I wanted to ask just to give you the benefit of the doubt. But no. There are definitely a few different variations of stormtrooper armor shown in the movies. However, all stormtrooper helmets have black trim above the eyes, the rectangle to the left of the center abdomen has more than one button, the details of the center abdomen piece are incorrect, I don't even know what's going on with the lower back detail pieces behind the thermal detonator. The thermal detonator should have detail, not just be a tube, the bicep and thigh pieces only have two seams, not the four you seem to have created by turning ridges into separate pieces. The boxes on the armor's right knee are much skinnier and there aren't that many. The sniper knee on the armor's left doesn't circle all the way around like that. The mouth piece on the helmet should be skinnier, not squared off like you have it. There's no seam going down the butt plate either, but really, I made my point 100+ words ago. At no point did the armor ever look like what you have made here. If you had made this as a free project or for a personal piece, then it'd be fine. Cool even. It would be *your* take on the stormtrooper. But you're charging $128 for a piece where you couldn't be bothered to check even the basic reference points.

The model is rigged, but no movement isn't applied if that's what you mean. So It only depends from your skills :)
