Turbosmooth modifier is applied on the meshes by default but you can turn it on. Model is Built in real world scale and everything is subdivadable

Mental Ray is assigned as a renderer. SSS Fast materials are used for the body. Arch & design material is used for the clothing.

Lights And Scene are included. The preview images are rendered in Mental ray.

Beard and Hair Are opacity and cloack fur is done with Hair and fur default modifier in 3ds max.
