Ghoul if it is really one 3D model

i put this name 'cause i can't find a cleary definition, a monster, troll, goblin. the texture is only one and you can download this from the show images , maybe use save link as command it haves tongue, or clothes and not complete theet , this model is made for a cutomization, i hope this can be easy.
